There are additional parts in the shop that are included (floor boards, cabinetry, ladder, etc.) and we have plans and other paperwork. Boat is documented.
This is the worst section. It had damage from Hurricane Irma and Mr. Gail had cut away the aft facing plywood and some of the framing on the Starboard rear crossarm to repair the cockpit floor damage. The black circle in the middle photo shows the cut that he made where the cockpit wall met the rear bulkhead. The right photo shows the crossarm wing from the back where the small filet broke. There was a patch that was being put into the floor of that section that looks gray.
The float hull needs to be lifted up in the stern to get it back into alignment. It's resting on the ground. Last photo shows lid of outside storage area with gap (black circle) that should close when float hull is lifted.
There are two breaks. One is in the plywood at the bottom of the entrance opening between the cockpit and galley (blue circle). The other is at the top of the piece between the galley and the main salon. It looks like there may be a crack in the corner filet of the fore/aft overhead piece in the galley at the main salon wall (red circle), but not sure since it doesn't show from the other side.
First hole in hull is next to the Head, on the Starboard side. It's about 2' x 3' as measured from outside. The 4x4 shelter post had concrete poured at the bottom, and that is what is in the hole.
Second hole in hull is in Main Salon, aft of the first hole. It's about 1' x 2' as measured from outside. Not sure what caused it.
Large hole in berth area over two sections , with damage to two (?) bed platform board support frames. I can't get good photos of inside without going into boat, but will show Port side for illustration. Damage is 5' (width of cabin) x 2' fore/aft.
Damage to top section of aft cabin where it flairs out from main hull. Damage was caused by metal scaffold. The crossarm was being worked on, and was cut back prior to tornado.
Starboard Rear Crossarm has hole punched in bottom of wing storage area. 6" x 8" hole located about 2' from each end. Access holes in frames are small. Ends of wing were never finished where they attach to the top of the float hulls.
Top of hull at bow got banged up.
